Children and Teens Stay Free™ Program

When sharing a parent’s room, children 19 and under stay free at Elk River/Rogers Holiday Inn. Cribs are also free. Rollaway bed charges may apply. Maximum occupancy subject to local and state laws.

Kids Eat Free™ Program

Families with children get the added benefit of Kids Eat Free when staying at the Elk River / Rogers Holiday Inn. With the exception of employee and travel industry rates or group sales of 10 or more rooms, hotel guests’ children 12 and under will eat free when ordering off the kids’ menu in the hotel restaurant, when accompanied by an adult family member also eating in the restaurant. This offer applies to a maximum of four (4) kids per room, per meal.

Meeting Promise™

If any individual requirement covered and agreed upon in the meeting contract is not fulfilled, the hotel will either correct it to your satisfaction or not charge for that item. Our guarantee that your meeting will be just the way you want it.
